About The Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager - New Business to join our sales team. You will use your proven experience to lead a quota carrying team of sales professionals within the UAE market.
You will be responsible for leading your team to success; driving revenue, engagement, new customer acquisition, and supporting them in achieving their targets.
You'll Be Responsible For
Leading a sales team to achieve their weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
Owning the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
Coaching team members on prospecting, objection handling, demos, storytelling, and closing
Running daily huddles, weekly performance reviews, and ensuring strong activity discipline
Monitoring and reporting on the team's progress towards targets and KPIs
Demonstrating best-in-class sales practice
Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
Ensuring CRM hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and forecasting
About You
You will have proven experience within an outbound sales environment, with experience in a leadership role
You have experience with coaching and mentoring quota carrying sales team
You possess natural communication and leadership skills, and can recognise and reward great performance within the team, whilst being able to navigate through challenging performance periods
You thrive working in a fast paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring
You love tackling difficult challenges, with a positive attitude, and always strive to find the best solution whilst leading by example
