Duties & Responsibilities

Salary Range: AED 6,000 - 10,000 (based on experience + incentives)

1.? ?Lead Generation & Conversion

Drive daily sales targets for new joiners, renewals, and upgrades. Ensure all leads (walk-ins, calls, web, outreach) are recorded and updated in Mindbody/CRM. Monitor and improve lead follow-up performance across the team. Create outreach strategies to increase monthly sales and achieve KPIs.
2.? ?Team Leadership & Performance

Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to hit monthly targets. Conduct daily briefings, weekly performance reviews, and monthly evaluations. Identify staff weaknesses and implement action plans for improvement. Ensure team compliance with company procedures, guest registration, and lead encoding.
3.? ?Customer Experience

Ensure professional, welcoming, and high-quality service at reception and sales points. Handle escalations, complaints, and client retention strategies. Follow up with existing clients to maximize renewals and referrals.
4.? ?Sales Operations & Reporting

Monitor daily sales activities and provide accurate sales reports to management. Track all KPIs: show-ups, tours, conversions, renewals, PT sales. Analyze performance data and recommend improvements.
5.? ?Marketing & Outreach Support

Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotions. Support open days, group class promotions, and membership campaigns. Boost corporate sales, community outreach, and referral programs.
6.? ?Compliance & Standards

Ensure all processes, pricing, and offers are followed strictly by the team. Maintain professionalism in communication, sales pitch, and documentation. Make sure client profiles are complete (Emirates ID, photo, documents).
7.? ?Operational Coordination

Work closely with FOH, PT Department, and Management for smooth daily operations. Assist with scheduling, floor coverage, and ensuring high service standards. Support retention team to reduce cancellations and improve client satisfaction.
