construction and renovation

sector and actively engaged in international projects, is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented

female

Sales Manager for our Dubai office. We require a candidate who can

find and attract clients specifically within the construction, renovation, and fit-out industry

Responsibilities:

Active search for and acquisition of new clients in the construction/renovation sector; development and maintenance of the existing client base. Conducting negotiations, preparing commercial offers, and closing deals. Achieving sales targets, developing the sales direction, and participating in revenue forecasting. Preparing and maintaining reports on sales and marketing activities. Participation in international exhibitions, presentations, and negotiations. Coordination with internal departments to ensure a high level of service. Willingness to travel for business trips and attend in-person meetings with clients.

Requirements:

Only female candidates

. Residence in Dubai.

Applicants must be originally from Europe or CIS countries

. Fluent Russian and English (mandatory); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Experience in Real Estate, Construction/Renovation, Fit-Out, or Interior Design is strongly preferred.

Ability to attract clients specifically within the construction and renovation field. Result-oriented, proactive, and systematic approach to work.

Well-groomed and presentable appearance is important.

Accuracy, attention to detail, neat professional style. Willingness for long-term cooperation.

Conditions and benefits:

Salary: 4,000-6,000 AED (depending on experience) + commission/bonuses from sales; review after 6 months based on performance. Opportunities for career growth, participation in international projects, and product training. Friendly team and support during adaptation.
