Job Summary:

Amani Travel & Tourism is seeking an experienced and goal-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel sales, team leadership, and client relationship management. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and developing strategies to expand our customer base in both B2C and B2B travel markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth across different markets Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (DSR, WSR, MSR) Track performance metrics and KPIs, provide coaching and support where needed Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Identify new market opportunities and lead generation strategies Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns Conduct training and performance evaluations of the sales team Forecast sales performance, revenue trends, and prepare reports for senior management Ensure CRM systems are updated and used effectively

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Travel Consultant with leadership responsibilities Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in the travel and tourism industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in sales reporting tools and CRM systems Ability to thrive under pressure and meet targets consistently Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or a related field is preferred
