Mobera Living Real Estate is seeking a results-driven and experienced
Sales Manager
to lead and grow our dynamic team of property consultants. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, has strong leadership qualities, and a proven track record in the Dubai real estate market. This role involves driving team performance, closing high-value property deals, and playing a key role in Mobera's expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents
Set and monitor sales KPIs and performance targets
Support agents in deal closures and client negotiations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and agencies
Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and company regulations
Recruit, train, and onboard new agents when needed
Report weekly sales performance and forecasts to senior management
Oversee listing quality, lead management, and CRM usage across the team
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales (Dubai market preferred)
Proven team management or supervisory experience
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
RERA certification (preferred or must be willing to obtain)
Familiarity with CRM systems, portals (Property Finder, Bayut), and sales pipelines
Ability to lead by example and inspire results
