Job Title: Sales Manager - Product & Service Sales (Metal Products & Construction Solutions)

We are seeking a results-driven

Sales Manager

specializing in

product and service sales

within the metal products, interior design, and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales for metal fabrication items, construction metal works, interior fit-out materials, and related civil works services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Generate leads and build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and corporate clients. Promote and sell metal products, customized metal fabrication services, interior design materials, and construction-related items. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts. Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales within metal products, construction materials, or interior fit-out industries. Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills. Ability to understand technical drawings and product specifications (preferred). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

UAE driving License (Preferred)
