What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced leader with:

? Strong Real Estate Experience

Off-Plan Sales OR Secondary Market (Rentals or Sales) Must understand the Dubai real estate market deeply.

? Leadership & Team Management

Ability to lead, train, motivate, and guide a sales team Track record of achieving and exceeding targets

? Sales & Negotiation Excellence

Excellent closing skills Strong communication, presentation & client-handling abilities Ability to work with HNW & international clients

? Mandatory Requirements

Valid UAE Driver's License

Minimum

2-3 years UAE Real Estate Experience

Proven performance in sales / rentals Strong CRM usage & property portal knowledge
