The ideal candidate will be confident, well-spoken, and experienced in
client communication, lead generation, and follow-ups.
You'll be responsible for
handling inquiries, calling and meeting potential clients, and converting leads into sales
while assisting with daily office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and client follow-ups.
Generate new leads through online listings, walk-ins, and referrals.
Welcome visitors, manage inquiries, and maintain a professional reception.
Handle phone calls and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally.
Maintain regular follow-ups until deal closure.
Schedule and attend client meetings as needed.
Keep detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Maintain client databases, track sales progress, and prepare regular reports.
Support management in day-to-day office administration tasks.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience
in sales, tele-sales, or client service (real estate or digital marketing background high preference).
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
Confident, energetic, and comfortable making multiple calls daily.
Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.
Currently based in Dubai
and available for on-site work.
