is working with a leading company who are hiring a Sales Manager to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Provide customer information, leads, and opportunities with relevant internal stakeholders to strengthen company's understanding, innovations, and response.
• Establish processes to identify and close competence gaps and create learning environment which enables salesforce to meet its target and goals.
• Identify and target potential customers in alignment with the company's growth strategy.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/ Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Specialty/Construction Chemicals.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region as needed.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills in English.
