Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual sales budgets and targets covering revenue and expense control.
  • Retain and grow business from existing customers while acquiring new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Oversee local and regional sales plans, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, ensuring achievement of targets.
  • Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives to enhance performance.
  • Set and monitor individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Promote company's brand, services, and market presence.
  • Conduct regular meetings with sales and operations teams to review progress and optimize workflows.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, ideally within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop strategic growth plans.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach.
