Emirates Talent Solution is seeking a highly driven and experienced
Sales Manager
to lead sales operations for upcoming property development projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate sales, business development, and client relationship management, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead a motivated team.
This role involves managing the complete sales process -- from strategy and planning to client engagement and closing -- while ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and execute effective sales strategies in line with company objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, and key clients.
Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor projects and market trends.
Work with senior management to forecast sales targets and prepare detailed reports.
Operational Oversight & Coordination
Supervise day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Review client contracts, documentation, and CRM entries for accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to ensure operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with UAE property laws and company standards.
Marketing & Promotional Support
Work closely with the marketing team to plan campaigns, events, and property exhibitions.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials and property presentations.
Attend client meetings and property site visits to support deal closures.
Client Relationship Management & Negotiation
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
Negotiate pricing and terms to secure profitable and long-term deals.
Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Monitor team performance through reporting and regular reviews.
Design and implement incentive programs to enhance team productivity.
Key Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate.
Professional certifications in Real Estate or Sales Management are an advantage.
Experience
5-7 years of proven experience in property development or real estate sales within the UAE.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market and RERA regulations.
Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and data reporting tools.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED100,000.00 per month
