We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Sales Manager
with a strong background in the Jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team effectively to achieve company targets.Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily sales operations. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Achieve monthly and annual sales goals. Train, motivate, and guide the sales team. Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements:
Minimum
3+ years of experience
in the Jewellery field. Strong communication skills inEnglish, Hindi, and Malayalam.
Proven track record in sales management or team leadership. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Salary:
