Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with management to forecast sales and develop growth strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or 5-6 years of relevant experience).
Experience:
2-5 years of proven experience in
Financial Services sales
within the U.A.E. market.
Expertise:
Demonstrated success in sourcing
Retail Asset Products and Credit Cards.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain strong client partnerships.
Fluent in English.
