Our product range includes:
Ductile Iron Valves (PN16)
Brass & Bronze Valves (Lead-free / WRAS type)
PPR Pipes & Fittings for plumbing and HVAC networks

We are expanding our UAE operations and looking for an experienced

Sales Manager

to lead sales and business development for the

BLAZE(TM)

product line.

Your Role

You will be responsible for

building the BLAZE(TM) brand presence

in the UAE -- developing distributor networks, engaging with MEP contractors and consultants, and driving project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a UAE-wide sales plan for BLAZE(TM) valves and PPR systems. Build strong relationships with

distributors, MEP contractors, and project clients

. Identify and close new business opportunities in plumbing and HVAC sectors. Conduct technical presentations, training sessions, and attend trade exhibitions. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfilment. Monitor competitor activity and market trends, reporting to management monthly.

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of sales experience

in plumbing, MEP, HVAC, or building materials (UAE/GCC).
Strong local network with distributors, contractors, and consultants.
Technical understanding of valves, fittings, or PPR piping systems preferred.

Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about growing a brand.
