Job Title: Sales Executive - Bakery.

Department: Sales and Marketing.

Location: Dubai.

Job Purpose:

The Sales Executive - Bakery is responsible for promoting and selling bakery products, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets, while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell bakery products to customers, including retail, corporate, and wholesale clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and promotions to attract customers. Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely supply and availability of products. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and inventory levels. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management for strategy improvement. Support marketing campaigns, events, and in-store promotions.
Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred. Minimum three years of experience in sales, preferably in bakery, food, or FMCG products. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor. Knowledge of bakery products and trends is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Willingness to travel locally for client visits and promotions.
