Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
Identify and build relationships with new B2B and retail customers.
Oversee daily sales operations, including quotations, follow-ups, and order processing.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales (auto spare parts industry preferred).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of car makes, models, and spare parts.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
