Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced, motivated
Sales Manager
to lead our growing sales team and drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and oversee
strategic sales plans
to achieve and surpass company goals. Build and maintainstrong relationships
with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders. Analyzemarket trends and competitor activity
to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction and long-term success.Qualifications:
1-5 years of sales experience
, with at least2 years in a leadership or management role
. Proven record ofdriving sales growth

Pay: AED12,000.00 per month
