Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and execute effective
sales strategies
for Freezone, Mainland, and Offshore company formation.
Oversee the entire
sales pipeline
, ensuring timely lead follow-ups, client engagement, and deal closure.
Identify and generate leads from various platforms (LinkedIn, business forums, digital channels, referrals) without reliance on active marketing campaigns.
Utilize
CRM systems
efficiently for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Prepare and present
sales projections, revenue forecasts, and performance reports
to management.
Collaborate closely with PRO, accounting, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Represent the company in business meetings, networking events, and exhibitions to build strong brand visibility.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of experience
in
Business Setup and PRO services
within the UAE.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of
UAE licensing structures
, government processes, and Freezone/Mainland regulations.
Excellent knowledge of
CRM tools
(e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
Strategic thinker with experience in
sales forecasting, budgeting, and team leadership
