Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Zoom sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct virtual client meetings, presentations, and property tours using Zoom.
Develop effective sales strategies and ensure consistent follow-up with potential clients.
Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare regular sales and activity reports.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to generate qualified leads and close deals.
Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance the team's performance and product knowledge.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Sales Manager or Team Lead.
Fluent in Hindi Mandatory
Proven success managing
remote or Zoom-based sales teams
.
Strong background in
real estate sales
(preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in
Zoom, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools

Must be
currently based in Dubai
