Sales Manager - Real Estate (UAE Experience)
Location: Dubai
We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our real estate sales team in the UAE.
1.Responsibilities:
-Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
-Develop and implement sales strategies for off-plan and ready properties.
-Build and maintain client and investor relationships.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
-Coordinate with marketing to boost lead generation.
2. Requirements:
-5+ years of UAE real estate sales experience.
-Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
-Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
-Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
