Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in sales management, preferably in trading or export/import industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
