Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Sales Manager - IoT Devices

with

2-3 years of proven experience

in client relationship management, sales coordination, and order follow-up. The ideal candidate will serve as the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely order execution, and exceptional customer service.

This role is best suited for a professional who values long-term client engagement, enjoys driving operational efficiency, and contributes to overall customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and order-related updates. Follow up diligently on all ongoing and pending orders to ensure timely processing and delivery. Coordinate with internal departments -- including Sales, Logistics, and Accounts -- to ensure client requirements are met. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and order progress. Support the sales team in managing repeat orders, client retention, and post-sales services. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive and solution-oriented communication. Demonstrate good understanding of

IT and IoT device solutions

and industry trends.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a

Sales Manager

or

Key Account Manager

in

IoT or IT products

. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Strong coordination, multitasking, and follow-up abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
