The Sales Manager is responsible for driving property sales, managing a team of sales specialists, and achieving revenue targets for off-plan and ready property projects. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Manager plays a key role in implementing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Dubai's real estate market, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Manage end-to-end sales processes, including lead management, client engagement, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the Head of Sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities.
Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sales practices, and RERA regulations in all sales activities.
Participate in property launches, events, and site visits to represent the company and generate business.
Identify new market opportunities and provide input for sales strategies and business development initiatives.
Support the development of sales tools, presentations, and marketing materials to improve client engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
5-7 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or team-lead role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and property portfolios.
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and MS Office.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English required; bilingual preferred
