Job Description

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements and skills

degree in business administration or a related field minimum 5years sales experience in Real Estate. Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Dedication to providing great customer service. Ability to lead a sales team. Real estate experience must in (Kerala) India or UAE.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Real Estate: 4 years (Preferred)
