Luxury Excellence Real Estate is looking for an experienced
Sales Manager
with a strong background in Dubai's property market. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge ofoff-plan, secondary, and commercial real estate
, and the ability to lead a successful sales team.Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly targets. Develop and implement sales strategies for off-plan, secondary, and commercial projects. Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and investors. Oversee negotiations and deal closures. Stay updated on Dubai's property trends and market movements.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years
of real estate sales experience in Dubai.RERA Card
- Mandatory.UAE Driving License and own car (Preferred).
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Excellent knowledge of Dubai's property market (off-plan, secondary, and commercial).What We Offer:
