We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and outgoing
Sales Manager
to lead and grow our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate is sociable, draws energy from working with people, and thrives in a leadership role. This role is perfect for someone who is committed to excellence, puts clients first, and is passionate about coaching others to succeed.
As the Sales Manager, you will oversee the buyer side of the business--hiring, training, consulting, and holding our agents accountable. You will serve as both a team leader and mentor, consistently demonstrating the knowledge, skills, habits, and values of a top-performing agent.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, mentor, and hold the sales team accountable
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to hit team goals and revenue targets
Set and manage individual targets for agents
Work with team members to refine and use effective sales scripts
Monitor, analyze, and report on key sales metrics
Ensure the team has the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed
Plan and execute training programs for continued agent development
Promote a culture of high performance, positivity, and professional growth
Qualifications:
Experience in the UAE real estate industry is required
Proven track record in a sales manager or team leader role
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
Familiarity with real estate portals such as
Property Finder, Dubizzle , Bayut
, etc.
Understanding of services provided by
Dubai Land Department (DLD)
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Positive, optimistic, and team-oriented mindset
