Oversee the performance of active agents registered on the company's sales portal, ensuring consistent engagement and achievement of sales objectives.
Lead and manage the sales team to maintain effective, professional, and result-oriented communication with agents across all regions.
Conduct daily sales meetings to gather real-time market updates, address challenges, and motivate the team for a productive workday.
Coordinate with Heads of Departments (HODs) to collect key operational information and communicate relevant updates clearly to the sales team.
Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement weekly promotional materials and campaigns for target products.
Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure that agent credits are regularly reviewed and cleared to avoid financial discrepancies.
Liaise with the product management team to promptly report, track, and resolve any portal-related issues affecting agent or team performance.
Monitor daily product sales performance to analyze trends, assess demand patterns, and develop proactive sales strategies to create new market demand.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents by ensuring smooth coordination, competitive pricing, and consistent operational support.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's agent base and increase market share.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable improvement plans.
Train, mentor, and groom newly hired sales team members to ensure they are fully equipped with product knowledge, system understanding, and sales techniques
