Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B/B2C sales within hospitality, event management, or luxury F&B. The candidate should be able to secure corporate and premium clients such as Dubai Land Department, Ahmed Siddiqi, Abu Dhabi Motors, Emirates First/Business Class (chocolates), luxury brands hosting private dinners and event organizers organizing weddings.
KPIs:
Acquire 2-3 new B2B clients per quarter.
Maintain a sales cycle of 21-30 days.
Achieve minimum 20% close rate on qualified leads.
Conduct bi-weekly team reviews and mentorship sessions.
Ensure client satisfaction through post-event feedback and referral systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives focused on high-end corporate and private clientele.
Build and manage a robust B2B/B2C sales pipeline across the UAE.
Cultivate relationships and close high-value contracts through a consultative and relationship-driven approach.
Represent the brand at networking events, trade shows, and industry exhibitions.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with lead generation and brand campaigns.
Consistently generate new corporate and retail leads, maintaining strong conversion rates.
Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of 20-25 sales representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets
Drive the acquisition of long-term event partnerships and recurring B2B clients.
