1. Develop and execute sales strategies for Secure Storage (Safe Lockers) and Office Automation products (Book Binding Machines, Laminators, Paper Shredders, and Paper Handling Equipment).
2. Expand market presence and build strong client and distributor relationships across the UAE.
3. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
4. Drive sales growth, negotiate contracts, and achieve company sales targets.
5. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver results.
6. Work closely with marketing and product management teams for promotions and positioning.
7. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
1. Minimum 5 years' proven experience in sales management within Secure Storage and/or Office Automation products.
2. Strong understanding of the UAE market and industry dynamics.
3. Demonstrated success in achieving/exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
6. UAE driving license with willingness to travel within the region.
