The Sales Manager for Channel Partnerships will be instrumental in driving our market entry and growth in Dubai. Your primary focus will be to identify, recruit, and manage distribution partners and key accounts, particularly within the F&B, retail, and hospitality sectors. You will be responsible for selling our hardware devices to partners and establishing a robust revenue-sharing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Acquisition & Management: Identify, prospect, and onboard strategic distribution partners and agencies who will deploy them across their network of merchant locations (e.g., restaurants, cafes, malls, hotels).
Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed targets for device sales and market penetration.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, key decision-makers, and influencers within the F&B and retail supply chain (e.g.,franchise brand).
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on partnership agreements, including device pricing, revenue share models, and performance metrics, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Market Intelligence: Serve as the local market expert, providing insights on competitive activity, customer needs, and new opportunities for expansion.
Collaboration: Work closely with our central operations and marketing teams to ensure partner and end-user satisfaction.
