Sobha Realty is hiring Off-Plan Sales Managers to join our high-performing team in Dubai. If you're passionate, client-focused, and ready to grow in a fast-paced real estate environment--this is your chance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell premium off-plan properties to local and international clients
Conduct presentations and manage end-to-end sales cycle
Build strong client relationships and close deals
Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Valid UAE driving license
Fluent in English; additional languages like Arabic, French, Russian, German, Iranian, Chinese, Polish or European languages are a plus
