Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, expanding our customer base, and achieving revenue targets in the UAE and wider GCC region. A strong understanding of the local market, cultural nuances, and business practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the Dubai-based sales team to drive performance. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts in the UAE and other regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and performance reports. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on campaigns and product positioning. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, local laws, and company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in Dubai. Strong network and knowledge of the UAE business environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and sales reporting. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
