Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated
Sales Manager
to join a leading property developer. Based in
Dubai
, the role will focus on driving sales of
Abu Dhabi residential and luxury projects
. The ideal candidate must have at least
2+ years of experience working with a real estate developer
in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage direct sales of Abu Dhabi projects from Dubai.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective client engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property brokers.
Handle client meetings, presentations, and property tours.
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to maximize lead conversion.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience with a real estate developer
in the UAE (brokerage-only experience not considered).
Strong sales background in
luxury residential properties
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Based in Dubai, with willingness to travel if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
