We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, proven leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales agents
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Oversee negotiations and closing of high-value property deals
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of the UAE property market and legal framework
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
RERA certification is a plus
