Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with a passion for real estate and a proven ability to lead, coach, and grow a team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategies to meet company goals, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the buying and selling process.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, providing training, mentorship, and support. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and coaching. Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and increase brand visibility in the market. Maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market, trends, and regulations. Oversee transactions to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. Foster a client-focused culture, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing agents to expand the team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of local real estate market and industry best practices. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
