Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team knowledge of forex products, platforms, and sales techniques.
Sales Strategy & Development
Develop and implement effective sales plans to expand the company's client base.
Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential business channels.
Ensure the team actively promotes company products and services to potential clients.
Performance Monitoring
Track sales KPIs and ensure timely achievement of revenue goals.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the forex/financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of forex trading platforms, products, and industry regulations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
