We are looking for a
results-driven Sales Manager
withreal estate experience
and strongteam handling skills
. Lead a team of sales consultants, drive property sales, generate leads, and achieve revenue targets in theDubai/UAE real estate market
.Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a
sales team
. Generate and follow up onproperty leads
. Conductproperty viewings, client meetings, and negotiations
. Achievesales targets
and maintain CRM records. Monitor market trends and competitor activity.Requirements
5+ years of
real estate sales and team management experience
. Proven track record inclosing deals, lead generation, and property sales
. Strongcommunication, negotiation, and leadership skills
. Knowledge ofDubai/UAE real estate market, property portals, and RERA laws
