Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
Proven track record of success in sales management
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in a related industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Experience in budget management and forecasting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Fluency in English and one or more additional languagesDevelop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
Maintain and develop relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients
Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Manage budgets and expenses to optimize profitability
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Provide training and coaching to sales team members to improve their skills and performance
