Sales Manager

to join our team and lead a dynamic sales force of 20 professionals.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing the performance of the sales team. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a strong ability to multitask, delegate, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach and drive business growth. Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct training sessions to enhance capabilities. Manage client relationships, oversee negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction at all stages. Delegate responsibilities effectively and oversee day-to-day operations of the sales department. Prepare sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvement strategies. Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with the overall business strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, team management, and delegation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluency in English required ( proficiency in Hindi is preferred). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure. Experience in the UAE market is an advantage.
