Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in IT/Software industry (Preferred)
Strong understanding of the Dubai and GCC market.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
