Job Description

A reputable and well-established company is actively recruiting a Sales Manager for their team in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in Medical Furniture and Dermatology in the UAE.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good decision-making skills, great problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
