Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and drive market expansion.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring sustained productivity and success.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and partners.
Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and competitive activities to stay ahead in the market.
Transaction Oversight: Oversee property sales transactions, negotiations, and deal closures to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Performance Monitoring: Set and track sales targets, monitor KPIs, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and enhance the customer experience.
Compliance & Ethical Standards: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Director or Head of Sales within the real estate industry.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of property markets, investment strategies, and real estate brokerage practices.
Results-Driven: Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
