Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote travel and tourism services.
Manage client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Stay updated with UAE travel regulations, tourism trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of proven experience in Travel & Tourism sales within the UAE
.
Strong knowledge of tourism services, packages, and UAE market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to build strong client networks and maintain long-term relationships.
Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
