Clemson Porter Properties Broker L.L.C. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Client Manager

with at least 2 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting property transactions, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs. Assist clients in property viewings, negotiations, and closing processes. Provide professional advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (agents, developers, landlords, tenants, etc.). Ensure smooth communication and high-quality customer service at every stage. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of real estate market trends and property management. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage client expectations effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
