Role Overview
As a Sales Manager at AONE, you will play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and promoting AONE's full range of consulting and accounting services across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth.
Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs.
Promote AONE's services in accounting, audit, AML, and tax advisory.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy.
Report sales performance and forecasts to management.
Leadership Capabilities
Demonstrate accountability and ownership in meeting sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
Ability to build trust and represent AONE's values as a brand ambassador.
Motivate and guide team members to achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience (professional services industry preferred).
Strong track record of lead generation and business development.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Additional Information
Ability to commute/relocate to Dubai (required before starting).
