Sales Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager with at least 2 years of real estate experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and leading the sales process from inquiry to closing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of property sales.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Conduct property presentations, viewings, and negotiations.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED150.00 - AED250.00 per day
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
Master's (Preferred)
Language:
Arabic (Preferred)
english (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
