Key Responsibilities
-Strategic Growth: Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
Key Account Leadership: Manage high-value accounts with professionalism, ensuring long-term partnerships and consistent client satisfaction.
-Client Relationship Excellence: Build strong, trust-based relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for major clients and partners.
-Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare winning proposals, lead negotiations, and finalize contracts with precision and confidence.
-Sales Leadership: Drive the sales pipeline, ensuring targets are met and exceeded through proactive prospecting and closing.
-Market Development: Identify new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities to strengthen the company's presence.
-High-Level Representation: Represent Gilani Mobility in client meetings, conferences, and industry events with authority and credibility.

Requirements
-Proven track record in business development and sales management (minimum 5 years, B2B preferred).
-Strong expertise in key account management, client acquisition, and relationship management.
-Excellent knowledge of sales strategies, proposal writing, and contract negotiation.
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
-Strong local market knowledge and professional network in the UAE is an advantage.
