Sales Managers

to join our elite sales team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:



Achieve and exceed sales targets

in Dubai's competitive off-plan luxury real estate sector. Leverage a

strong broker network and HNI client connections

to generate consistent, high-quality leads. Build and maintain long-term client relationships while delivering a

world-class sales experience

. Represent Sobha Realty with passion and drive, positioning the brand as the developer of choice in Dubai. Stay ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities and maximize revenue growth.

Requirements:



3-5 years of proven sales experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan strongly preferred). Strong broker connections and HNI client network. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Fluent in one or more of the following:

German, Russian, Persian, French, Turkish, Spanish, or Hindi.
