3-5 years of proven sales experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan strongly preferred).
Strong broker connections and HNI client network.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Fluent in one or more of the following:
German, Russian, Persian, French, Turkish, Spanish, or Hindi.
