Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.

Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to optimize sales strategies.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to support business development initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of proven experience
as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Experience in financial services, payments, or brokerage industries is preferred but not mandatory.
