Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager
with strong expertise in
palm oil and specialty fats
to lead and expand our sales network. This role requires a deep understanding of the commodity and edible oils market, strong leadership abilities, sharp analytics, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategic growth plans, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving revenue growth across
domestic and international markets, particularly in the palm oil sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Analyse palm oil and commodity market trends, adjusting strategies to maintain competitive positioning.
Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and retail channels for palm oil and related products.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and distributors in the edible oils industry.
Product & Market Expertise
Act as a subject matter expert on palm oil, specialty fats, and related derivatives.
Provide insights on customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging palm oil market opportunities.
Reporting & Forecasting
Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Oversee execution and coordination of orders with the sales support and production teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the palm oil or commodity industry.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred:
Existing network within the palm oil industry
across domestic and international markets.
Experience in
international sales of edible oils, fats, or related commodities.
Multilingual capabilities
Familiarity with CRM and sales management tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
